With the farcical sideshow unfolding in Manhattan; the classified documents case backfiring in southern Florida; and the RICO case in Fulton County disappearing from the headlines, NeverTrumpers and Democrats need the J6 trial to get underway as soon as possible.

A group of climate extremists have vowed to “shut down” the annual Congressional Baseball Game in June to pressure lawmakers into doing something to prevent a climate catastrophe and potentially save “billions” of lives. Climate Defiance called for a “historic blockade” in a recent email to members and supporters. “We – society, humanity – are careening into an abyss. The decisions we make now will reverberate not for centuries, but for millennia. If we do not act now, boldly and swiftly, millions will die from storms and from starvation".

Facebook has interfered with U.S. elections almost 40 times since 2008, according to a study conducted by the Media Research Center. Among the group’s findings are Facebook censuring 2024 presidential candidates, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and 2022 Senate and House candidates on their platform. For example, the company removed Virginia gubernatorial candidate Amanda Chase’s account. The company also “shuttered political advertising one week before the election” in 2020, according to the MRC’s analysis.

President Joe Biden has enraged Catholic Church regulars with his latest show of approval for abortion, a Vatican red line. On Tuesday in Florida, where he blasted the state’s impending six-week abortion ban, Biden blessed himself with the sign of the cross when the woman introducing him referenced Florida’s shorter window for abortion. “This. Is. VILE! President Biden makes the Sign of the Cross at an abortion rally in Florida! You cannot be Catholic and support abortion! You cannot invoke GOD and promote Death!” Catholic Vote said.

I worry greatly for the younger generations, those kids who now fear violence as they walk across college campuses and those to come. I also must acknowledge here the obvious—not all Jews are saintly, to say the least. Some of the people I most dislike are Jews. They are among those I most strongly oppose for ideological or social reasons. Some of them are quite powerful. Largely, they are secular. You would undoubtedly recognize most, if not all, of their names. The more I am irrationally hated, the more I want to affirm who I am.

Trump’s legal team has, without success, made dozens of strong arguments for dismissing his New York case. Trump’s team has yet to make the most compelling argument on behalf of their client. Trump’s legal team has identified several weaknesses in Bragg’s case.  However, a compelling argument for Trump’s acquittal is that Bragg's indictment does not identify a single, contemporaneously existing corporate record of the Trump Organization that was altered or changed in any way.  Accordingly, Donald Trump did not violate Art. 175.10.
